What does the $99 cover?
Diagnosis, all repair labor, upgrades, a full cleaning, and a 60-day warranty on the work. Parts, board-level soldering repair, and shipping are not included, and no part is ordered without your approval.
How long does a repair take?
One to three business days in the shop for most repairs, not counting shipping, and about 24 hours for a software-only fix. Repairs waiting on parts take longer. Faster service and expedited return shipping can be arranged once the laptop has arrived.
Is shipping included?
No. You pay to ship the laptop to the shop, insured, and return shipping and insurance are added to the invoice at cost. An optional $49 shipping kit supplies a box and padding, or a local shipping store will pack it for you.
