A Xeot product for outside sales and field marketing reps

The day's route, then the stop, then twenty seconds.

A field sales companion that plans the day's visits in driving order, remembers what happened last time, and logs a stop before you leave the parking lot.

Sales Driven on a phone: the headline The day's route, then the stop, then twenty seconds, a Sign in button and a Support link, and the top of a sample Today list with three of eight stops logged.

Today's route, in order

Accounts due for a visit, sorted by drive time from where you are. Reorder with a drag if the day changes.

What happened last time

Every stop opens on its history: recent visits, notes, follow-ups, and the people you have met there.

Twenty-second visit log

Log the visit from the parking lot with a few taps. Coverage and account health update themselves.

About Sales Driven

Most CRMs are reporting tools for managers wearing the costume of a productivity tool for reps. Sales Driven is built the other way around. It is for the person who drives to a hundred accounts a month and needs three things: where to go today, what happened last time, and a way to log the visit that takes less time than finding a pen.

Open the app and the day's route is already there, in driving order. Tap a stop and you see the last three visits, the notes, and who to ask for. When you leave, a visit is logged in twenty seconds: who you saw, what you talked about, what to follow up on.

Coverage and account health roll up automatically, so the numbers your manager wants come from the work you already did, not from a Friday afternoon of data entry. Sales Driven comes in two editions: one for a manufacturer's field marketing team, and Sales Driven Solo for a rep working alone.

Sales Driven home page: a dark green hero with the headline The day's route, then the stop, then twenty seconds, a Sign in button, a sample Today list of eight stops in driving order with three logged, and cards for One route, One screen at the stop, and Twenty seconds after.

Common questions

Is this a CRM?

It is the part of a CRM a field rep actually uses: accounts, visits, notes, and a route. There is no pipeline and no opportunity stage to keep fictional.

Does it work offline?

The day's route and account history are cached on the phone. Visits logged without signal sync when you are back in coverage.

Can I bring my own account list?

Yes. Import accounts from a spreadsheet with names and addresses, and Sales Driven geocodes them for routing.
